I am in the process of making a pattern for this bag but haven’t been able to think of a clever name.  It’s a pretty basic bag with lots of pockets but I am adding something extra to the pattern.  I can’t tell though.  I know, I know, I’m teasing you!  Sorry about that.

I will eventually need a few pattern testers so if anyone wants to test it out let me know.  You can contact me through the contact me link above or comment on this post.  I have no idea when it will be ready for testing though.

Now onto a few details…this is the same bag that I made for my beach bag except smaller. I have also made an even smaller one so there are many size options.

After coming up with the size for this bag and then making it, I realized that it’s pretty much the same size as the diaper bag that I use.  Weird how that happens!

There are a total of eight pockets on/in this bag. Four on the inside and four on the outside.  The bigger size actually has six pockets on the inside.

On a side note, I started a new job a few weeks ago and am now working full time again.  So that means less time for sewing and blogging.  I will do my best to keep up with my once a week posts but there are no promises.

I love this bag and would like to test the pattern for you. I am a newbie at sewing, but if you think a beginner can handle it I’d like to try!

I love the fabric you used on the bag !
Looks like a good sized “useful” tote. I would call it a “Carry-all” or an All- Arounder.
If you still need testers…I am addicted to bags and have a cupboard full of fabrics that need to be used …LOL
